My great niece turned 3 recently and I had the pleasure to take her 3 yr. pics. We had fun doing a little mother daughter session as well.

March 20, 2011I always enjoy meeting new people especially when they are as sweet as this family. We went back to the orchard I found the other day to take advantage of the blossoms before they’re gone. Then we ventured out to one of my favorite locations, the Vezer winery. I love the building and wine barrels there, they really make nice backdrops.
Mom wanted to capture her little one at 6 mos. and what a success! Miss A is such a happy baby and so easy to photograph.
Just look at that face!
I loved the cowboy hat and the little boots with fringe were just too cute.
This was so funny. She tried so hard to look behind to find mom and dad while I was posing her then she finally realized where they were.
Priceless!

August 25, 2010I met another sweet family for a family/maternity shoot. This time we met at the UC Davis Arboretum, another great location for photo shoots! I can imagine what this place looks like in Spring when all the flowers are in full bloom and in the fall when the leave start changing colors! It was a nice afternoon as we walked along chatting and shooting. It was a pleasure meeting this family, hopefully I will get another chance to photograph them when the little one is born.

August 25, 2010I had the pleasure of meeting and photographing this lovely family last month. This was fun it being a family/maternity shoot, my very first maternity, yay. We met down in the Old Suisun Harbour and it turned out to be a beautiful day. Thanks guys, I had fun working with you. I hope to meet that precious little girl when she’s born!

June 4, 2010Our attempt to have a family shoot wasn’t flying with little miss E. It was hot, late and some strange lady in your face doesn’t help, lol..Being a mom myself and knowing how stressful it is getting your little one to cooperate for pictures, it was decided to try an earlier time of day… Hopefully little miss E is more of a morning person. I can’t wait to get some more shots of those big brown eyes…
Funshine is Back!
February 16, 2010What a gorgeous weekend we had in Northern California. My friend from work, her daughter and I got together for a practice shoot. Perfect spring-like weather too bad our rainy season isn’t over yet, what a tease…We had fun enjoying the sunshine and walking along a little beach..Thanks for being such good sports and letting me shoot you!

November 6, 2009I had another fun practice shoot, this time with my co-worker and her family. It turned out to be a gorgeous Halloween day. We took a ride down the valley to stop first and Vezer Winery, my new favorite location that’s only minutes from my house. Then we went to scout out some vinyards to takes some pictures in.
